At Socktopus, we want your feet to be happy, which is why we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Socks

  Place the unwashed and unworn socks back into their original Socktopus sleeve or any secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse processes the return.
